It sleeps eight across three bedrooms and a living room sofa bed, with up to two dogs welcome and no pet fee.

Across Scenic Gulf Drive is Maravillas own 2.5 acre private beach, deeded and gated, the largest private beach in the area. The sand is close enough that beach days can start whenever you are ready, no shuttle, no long walk. Pet friendly terms with no pet fee mean the whole family gets to come along, four legs included.

Maravillas 2.5 acre private, deeded, gated beach sits across Scenic Gulf Drive, the largest private beach in the area. VayKLife beach gear delivery is available as an optional add-on for stays of 2 to 21 nights, with items delivered to the door and picked up after checkout.
Coastline is not a national chain or a faceless platform. We are a small, local team managing a hand-picked collection of homes on 30A, in Sandestin, and along Miramar Beach. The same people who answer the phone, walk the property, and know which window sticks.
Pompano Joes, Captain Daves on the Gulf, and Kenny Ds are all within a 7 to 8 minute walk. CVS, a coffee shop, surf shops, and more restaurants sit within a mile. Destin Commons is 2.5 miles, Silver Sands Premium Outlets 3 miles, and Grand Boulevard Town Center 5 miles. A car is recommended for exploring further, though sidewalks, bike paths, and rideshare are all available. Parking is first come, first served with a permit required, standard passenger vehicles only.

The water on this stretch of the Gulf runs its clearest in September and October, and the sunsets carry all the way through to March. From November through February, 1404 welcomes extended stays of 30 nights or longer when the calendar allows, a season several of our returning guests already plan around.
