Coastline Collections manages a small, hand picked group of homes on 30A, from Dune Allen Beach at the west end to Inlet Beach at the east. We are a boutique company based on the Emerald Coast, not a national brand, so every home here is one our local team looks after in person.
Dogs are welcome at every 30A home on this page and we never charge a pet fee.
Cristalino Summer, Seacrest Beach
A four bedroom, four bath beach home at 115 Flip Flop Lane in Seacrest, sleeping fourteen across three floors. It has its own private pool, heated on request, and a rooftop terrace with a gas fireplace. A private pool is the thing people search for by name on 30A, because a community pool with fourteen people in your group is not the same trip. Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach and 30Avenue are minutes away. Please note this community does not permit golf carts.
SEA-Renity, Prominence South, Inlet Beach
Four bedrooms, three and a half baths, and it sleeps fourteen in real beds rather than on sofas. Two primary suites and two bunk rooms means two households travel together without one family drawing the short straw. Upstairs and downstairs set their own temperature. A six seat golf cart, a gas grill and a garage of beach gear are included. The Big Chill town center is across the street for dinner, coffee and movie nights on the lawn. Tutti Frutti, Seagrove Beach
A three bedroom coastal cottage at 19 Old Mill Road, sleeping seven, with a private pool in a fenced backyard. Pool heat can be added for sixty dollars a day in the cooler months. Pine floors, shiplap ceilings, a large screened porch with an oversized swing, an outdoor shower for the sand. Campbell Street and Pelayo beach accesses are both an easy walk, with Seaside a short drive west.
Salt and Soul 30A, Dune Allen Beach
A ground floor three bedroom condo in the Azure 30A community at the quiet west end of 30A in Santa Rosa Beach. No stairs and no elevator, which matters on arrival day with a cooler and a wagon. It sleeps eight, including a built in bunk room with four twin beds. The patio looks out over the pond, the community has a heated pool and spa, and beach access is about three tenths of a mile away. Gulf Place is close for dinner and shops.
BeachLife 30A, Prominence North, Inlet Beach
A three bedroom townhome at 53 East Pine Lands Loop sleeping nine, with a six seat street legal golf cart, four adult cruiser bikes, kayaks and a garage stocked with chairs, umbrellas, coolers and a wagon. Your own garage, your own patio, resort style pools, and The Big Chill across the way.
Where these homes are on 30A
Dune Allen Beach and Santa Rosa Beach sit at the west end, the quietest stretch, closest to Topsail Hill Preserve and an easy drive to Destin.
Seagrove Beach is the middle of 30A, next door to Seaside, walkable to beach access and small shops.
Seacrest Beach and Inlet Beach are the east end, close to Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach and 30Avenue, and the shortest drive to Panama City Beach airport.
