Primary reservation holder must be 25+ (ID verification required). No exceptions.A signed Coastline rental agreement is required to finalize your booking. Arrival details and smart lock access codes are released once the agreement is completed and may be provided up to one hour prior to check-in.
No pets. This is a smoke-free home (no smoking/vaping anywhere on the property).
No events/parties.
Parking is limited to designated spaces. No oversized vehicles (RVs, trailers, boats). Maravilla s HOA strictly enforces parking rules.
High-speed Wi-Fi is provided; guests who require fully uninterrupted connectivity may wish to travel with a personal hotspot as backup.
Exterior security cameras, if present, are disclosed and used only for safety and occupancy compliance. No interior spaces are monitored.
