• Additional passes may be available for purchase at the Maravilla office (subject to availability).
• Please note: Trailers, RVs, campers, and oversized vehicles are not allowed unless they fit fully within a standard parking space. Vehicles in violation may be subject to fines or towing.

Pet-Friendly for Small Dogs:

• Up to 2 well-behaved indoor dogs, up to 30 lbs each, or one dog up to 60 lbs (pre-approval required)
• Pets stay free, there is no pet fee, when they are added to your reservation and approved in advance
• A signed rental agreement acknowledging the pet policy is required before check-in
• Undisclosed pets may result in immediate eviction without refund, and the guest remains responsible for any cleaning or remediation costs
• Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture
• Guests must clean up after their pets
• Local ordinances prohibit dogs on the beach

• Signed Rental Agreement Required: After booking, we’ll request your email to send a Coastline Collections rental agreement. This must be signed before arrival. Entry codes will not be provided until the agreement is completed.
• Noise Awareness: Maravilla is a quiet, family-friendly community. Please be respectful of neighbors and observe all posted quiet hours.
• Rates & Promotions: Rates, availability, and promotions are subject to change without notice. Any special offers may be updated or canceled at Coastline Collections’ discretion.
• Pet Policy Reminder: We welcome pre-approved dogs at no additional charge. Two dogs maximum, up to 30 lbs each, or one dog up to 60 lbs.
