• Minimum age requirement: guests must be 25 years of age or older to book and occupy the property
• Rental agreement required: after booking, we will request your email to send the Coastline Condos rental agreement, which must be signed and returned prior to your stay
• Rates and availability: all rates, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice. Promotions may be modified or discontinued at Coastline Condos’ discretion.
• Pet policy: this unit is not pet-friendly. We do have pet-friendly suites within our portfolio.
• Snowbird-friendly: ask about extended-stay rates for monthly winter rentals

• No smoking: this is a 100 percent smoke-free property, including balconies and all outdoor areas. Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited. Any evidence may result in immediate removal, cancellation of the remainder of your stay, and additional cleaning and damage fees.
• Beach towels: towels are not provided for beach use. Nearby shops offer plenty of fun, colorful options you can purchase and keep as a souvenir.
• Parking: two parking passes are included, one for the covered garage space and one for general resort parking. No extra passes are available. Trailers, oversized vehicles, and RVs are not permitted. Violations may result in towing or fines.
• Wristbands: six wristbands are provided, one per guest, for access to pools, hot tubs, and the fitness center. Lost or damaged wristbands reported before check-out incur a 10 dollar fee. If not reported before check-out, the fee is 20 dollars.
• Starter essentials: a small starter pack is provided for your first night or two, including one roll of paper towels, three kitchen trash bags, two toilet paper rolls per bathroom, hand soap for kitchen and bathrooms, dish soap, a sponge, two dishwasher pods, two laundry pods, and travel-size body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, plus a makeup remover cloth.
• Noise ordinance: Walton County quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No loud music, parties, or noisy vehicles during this time. Violations can result in fines and removal from the property.
